Qdoba Raises $20,000 To Fight Hunger
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Qdoba restaurants, owned and managed by Burrito Concepts, LLC, recently raised $20,000 for Springfield-based Convoy of Hope’s feedONE Initiative.
“This is the largest fundraiser our regional restaurants have done and the money raised will provide 40,000 meals through Convoy of Hope,” says Randy Allen, co-owner of Qdoba. “We are grateful to our loyal and caring guests that made this a huge success.”
Fourteen Qdoba restaurants in Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma participated in the campaign that encouraged customers to donate $2.00 to help fund Convoy of Hope’s Children’s Feeding Initiative, where more than 147,000 children in 10 countries are fed nutritious meals.
“We’re grateful for the generosity of Qdoba,” says Hal Donaldson, president and co-founder of Convoy of Hope. “They’re making a difference in the lives of many children who will have a hope and a future thanks to the generosity of Qdoba and its customers.”
